Micro Wedding Day

- 2-3 hours coverage for your elopement/small wedding. More time can be added at $350/hour

6 Hour Wedding Day

Starting at $2400

- 6 hours coverage for your wedding day. More time can be added on at $350/hour
- A storytelling engagement shoot
- All the edited digital images for download, usually 300+

So, how does this whole booking thing go? Here's all the steps leading up to your wedding day:

CONTACT ME

Reach out via my contact form and let me know your wedding date. I have a few fall dates available for 2023, and I've opened booking into 2024 already.

02.

INITITAL CONSULT

We will meet in person or over zoom to go over all your amazing ideas and to give me some time to ooh and ahh over all the details you have planned. I'll share more about my process, my shooting style, my favourite cake flavours ... you know, all the important parts! And we can decide if I would be a good fit to document your best day ever. A $500 deposit is required to save your wedding date ($200 for a micro wedding).

03.

ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS

Next up - your engagement shoot! I run these sessions very laid back with a storytelling style. Meaning you take me along on something you like to do - a dog walk, a coffee date, a forest hike, even an afternoon at home, and I will take pictures along the way. This way we get to know each other and you can see how I work before your wedding day.

FINAL CONSULT

About 2 months before your wedding, I will send you a questionnaire to get all the final details. We will meet one last time before your wedding to make sure all the plans are in place and everyone know who needs to be where and when. I'm old school and like to print out a document of your must have shots, any formal portraits, and schedule to make sure we stay on track throughout the wedding.

Best Day Ever!

You planned and prepped and waited and now it's here! My goal is to help you live your wedding to the fullest, and not miss out on any of the best moments. I will document the majority of the day as it unfolds, and only steal you away for a bit for some couple portraits. Let's capture all those real emotions!

Enjoying married life

I always aim to send you a few sneak peeks within a week of your wedding. Your full wedding gallery will be available for download in a password protected online gallery 6 weeks after the big day. You can share it with family and friends too. And then you will have access to my print store to check out all the options to get some of those photos off the screen and into your hands!

Where do you photograph weddings?

I'm based in Ottawa, ON, but I'm happy to travel to surrounding areas.

Do you require a deposit

Yes, in order to save your wedding date on my calendar, a $500 deposit is required ($200 for micro wedding days). The remainder is due 2 weeks before your wedding day.

How do we get our photos?

They will be published in a password protected gallery for you to download.

How many photos do we get?

You can expect about 50 images per hour of shooting.

Whats your turn around time?

I will send sneak peeks of your wedding day within the week, and your full gallery 6 weeks after your wedding.

How do we book?

Can you help us with planning?

Why would we want an engagement shoot?

Other than getting some great photos of a fun date out together? It's a great way to hold a practice run for the photography parts of your wedding. You get to see how I work, and you'll know what to expect on the big day!

Do you have to share our pictures online?

Absolutely not! Sharing my work is the best way to show others what a wedding or session will look like and to build my business, but I understand not everyone is comfortable having their images shared online. If you'd like your images kept private please just let me know during our consults and I will send sneak peeks privately via email instead of social media.

What about Covid-19 or other illness?

I am fully vaccinated against covid-19 and other illnesses and will always ensure myself and my clients feel safe. I have an excellent network of local photographers and will reach out to find a replacement to shoot your wedding and send me the files for editing. You'll be kept in the loop the entire time, no surprises on your wedding day from me I promise!
